At Office Yoga, our group yoga classes are like a mini vacation from your desk.
They’re made just for folks who work in offices and need a break from all that sitting and typing. Our sessions will help you chill out, fix your posture, and get a boost of energy. You don’t even have to change out of your work clothes! Whether in your chair or at your desk, we’ll teach you easy yoga and mindfulness moves you can do anywhere. They’ll make you feel better both in your body and your mind.
